Your Career Path

Our client’s goal is to build a team around you and have you step into the National Sales Manager position within 3 months.

The best leaders lead from the front, so your progression will follow two simple steps:

Master and apply the sales process - LEARNRecruit, lead, and mentor a team of 12 Regional BDMs (each managing up to 10 people in their area) - TEACH

This structure creates both personal success and a powerful national sales network.

A strong background in direct salesExperience managing self-employed sales or marketing teamsA proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetA positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
