Account Manager (MSP Volume)
Location: Bournemouth – Hybrid
Salary: GBP30,000–GBP40,000 with uncapped commission plan
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm Permanent – 3 4 days at the Bournemouth office or on the road visiting partners.

In this role, you ll play a key part in selling security software and services, uncovering new business opportunities, and working closely with the channel, pre–sales and marketing teams. If you re passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in a fast–paced environment, and enjoy building strong partner relationships, this could be an exciting next step.
What you ll be doing as the Account Manager (MSP Volume):
Driving growth across the MSP partner base through strong relationship managementIdentifying and converting new business opportunities with a consultative approachProviding partners with product knowledge, sales support and ongoing developmentCollaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure partner successRepresenting the business at partner meetings, industry events and networking occasions

Proven experience in account management, ideally within IT, MSP or CybersecurityA strong background in B2B channel sales and distributionA confident consultative selling style with the ability to build lasting relationshipsExcellent communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of a partner organisationA hunter mentality, always seeking out new opportunitiesMinimum 3 years experience working with channel partners, ideally from a vendor perspectiveExperience in the MSP sector (desirable but not essential)Strong organisation, time–management and self–motivationConfidence attending external industry events and networking opportunities
