Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven candidate who wants to join our award winning team in this exciting time where are expanding our corporate offering in line with our brand partner Mercedes–Benz UK aspirations of being a luxury leading EV and fleet provider to corporate customers and funding partners.

Sytner group are Mercedes–Benz UK's biggest dealer partner and as such we are looking to expand our team to ensure we can service all corporate customers requirements in the local area, which is why we are looking to expand the team with a Corporate Sales Manager to be responsible for both Mercedes–Benz of Cheltenham and Gloucester and Mercedes–Benz of Swindon.

The ideal candidate will be someone excels in a fast paced and busy environment, who is customer focused and ideally has a back ground in the industry/ brand and has a drive for building new relationships and thrives off delivering 1st class service. Ideally they will have an understanding of B2B car sales and funding channels, the fleet market and sectors Corporate End User, Salary Sacrifice, & Leasing Company.

They will be responsible for the local business development building relationships with corporate customers both at an individual and company level, and seeking incremental business opportunities, where appropriate working with the groups wider corporate team to maximise every opportunity.

They will work with the Head of Sales to take responsibility for developing and maintaining the Dealership's Business Solutions programme and work closely with the Sales Teams appointed at each site with the SME customers opportunity's for the business and to ensure the sites are supported from a corporate perspective.

About you :

An understanding of the automotive industry and corporate sector would be preferable Ability to forge relationships at multiple levels Proven experience in winning new business High drive with proven ability to deliver results and meet objectives Strategic and intelligent thinker Ability to manage time / work load and work collegiately with other parts of the business Good analytical and decision making skills
