A rapidly growing London-based MedTech company is transforming the way diagnostic services are delivered across pharmacies, clinics, and the wider healthcare sector. We are looking for a bright, ambitious Growth Associate to join our team and play a key role in our continued expansion.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and experimenting with new approaches to growth. You’ll work closely with the company’s founders, contributing directly to sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the founding team to drive the sale of diagnostic solutions to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders

* Manage and develop existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities within those relationships

* Generate new business through outreach methods including email, phone, and in-person visits

* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

* Maintain strong follow-up communication with leads and clients

* Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts and agreements

* Provide excellent customer service and relationship management

* Create client-facing materials to support onboarding and retention

* Report on customer trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities

Analytics and Performance

* Track key performance metrics and sales activity

* Analyse client and market data to identify areas for growth

* Create tailored presentations and proposals for different audiences

* Translate insights into practical strategies to support ongoing growth

* Share customer feedback and ideas to inform product development

Person specification:

* A passionate individual with a genuine interest in healthcare and innovation

* Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets

* Creative and comfortable trying new approaches to solving problems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Collaborative and professional in team settings

* Customer-focused with experience in account management

* Background or education in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field

* Familiarity with healthcare products, terminology, and industry structure

* Strong sales experience and negotiation skills

* Comfortable using CRM systems and marketing tools
