Marketing Lead

Location: Swindon 3 days, 2 days remote working

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum

The Role

They're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join their growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. You'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure their channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & OwnershipAssist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channelsCoordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on trackOwn campaigns end-to-end with support from the team, measuring the success and providing recommendationsReporting & InsightsCompile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider businessHelp interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementSupport ad-hoc reporting requests from the teamDesign & Creative CoordinationLiaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assetsEnsure brand consistency across all materialsAssist with light design tasks (e.g. Canva or similar tools)Team & Channel SupportRespond to ad-hoc queries from the marketing team and wider businessHelp maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentationSupport with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updatesAssist with marketing spend budget managementSkills and Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working across multiple projects and deadlinesGood communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)A proactive mindset and willingness to learnTo Apply
