We're an established IT recruitment firm with offices in Belfast and the USA, connecting top tech talent with innovative companies across Ireland, the UK, and North America. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to focus on our marketing strategy and execution, from our Belfast office.

Our Role

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, generate inbound leads, and support our recruitment consultants. This is a hands–on role suited to someone who's creative, strategic, and enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative office environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute our overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channelsCreate engaging content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates, and newslettersManage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and track performance metricsOversee website SEO, analytics, and brand positioningTrack advertising allocation & monitor usageSupport event planning, sponsorships, and partnershipsCollaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business goals

About You

You'll have a minimum of 1 year experience within a marketing roleProven experience in B2B marketing – ideally within recruitment, tech, or professional servicesStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and analyticsExcellent content creation and copywriting skillsExperience managing campaigns independently and delivering measurable resultsCreative, proactive, and commercially mindedComfortable working on–site in a fast–paced office environment
