Salary: 32,000 to 37,000

Start Date: ASAP

It is required for you to drive and have your own transport as the office location is not served by public transport

Job Summary

This is an exciting and varied role covering the entire Marketing mix within a market–leading company with an innovative product, with an emphasis on digital marketing and covering multiple territories.

A well organised, proactive Marketing Executive required to plan and execute a wide range of marketing activities, under the direction of the Marketing Director. You should be competent with CRM databases and experienced with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of social media and email marketing is essential. Experience of international marketing and event organisation highly desirable. This is a versatile role within a forward–thinking company with a strong brand which is expanding into new overseas markets. Second language skills advantageous – Spanish, French, Italian, German or Mandarin

Ideally, you will be degree educated with at least two years' experience in a similar role. Most importantly you should have a "can–do" attitude, be excited about Marketing and keen to make a difference.

Skills & Experience

Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Sage or Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

including maintaining accurate datacreating mailing listsgenerating reportsanalysing data for targeted marketing campaignsExperience in Marketing automation and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)

creating and managing email campaignsSkilled in Social Media Management Tools (e.g. HootSuite & Meta Ads Manager)

Strong experience with WordPress CMS

website updatescontent managementGoogle Analytics & Adwords International marketing experience

planning and executing integrated online and offline campaignsconverting strategies into actionable tasksmeasuring resultsProven copywriting and proofreading skills

ensuring content is clear, concise and engagingStrong organisational skills

ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing requirements

The role will suit individuals currently working as Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketer and be living within a commutable distance of Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel, Littlehampton, Petersfield, Hampers Green, Havant, Portsmouth, Worthing or be willing to relocate.
