Marketing & Sales Support Executive – Stand–Alone Marketing Role

Location: Edenbridge, Kent

Salary: 30–35,000

Hours: Full–Time Permanent 9am–5pm

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Sales Support Executive. This is a hands–on role working closely with the external sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer/product groups, and drive targeted campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and customer profiling to support sales.Maintain and maximise the CRM system.Produce sales and management reports.Support the sales team with quotes, product info, and customer insights.Manage website content and SEO.Develop LinkedIn and digital channels (organic & paid).Create engaging content aligned to brand guidelines.Plan and deliver multi–channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, website, physical marketing).Lead bi–annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.Assist with incoming calls and general team support.What We're Looking For

Experience in website & digital content management.Strong CRM and data management skills.Creative, organised and able to work to deadlines.Excellent written & verbal communication.High attention to detail with strong IT skills.A proactive team player who can work independently.Why Join Us?
