An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join one of the UK's leading trade suppliers. Whether you already have kitchen design experience or are looking to develop your skills, full design and CAD training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

* Driving sales performance by achieving individual and branch targets.

* Building strong relationships with trade customers and their clients.

* Designing practical, inspiring kitchen solutions tailored to customers' needs.

* Conducting home visits to measure spaces and understand customer requirements.

* Negotiating prices while maintaining profitability.

* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.

* Using product knowledge to advise customers and resolve queries.

* Creating accurate kitchen designs using CAD software (full training provided if required).

What We're Looking For

* A proven track record in sales with experience achieving targets and KPIs.

* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

* A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

* Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for customer visits.

* Previous CAD experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
