Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Sales IT Account Manager to join a fast-growing IT products and services provider specialising in the public sector. This role offers exceptional earning potential with an uncapped commission structure (including accelerators), a strong existing client base, and a clear pathway for professional growth. Location: BedfordshireSalary: GBP20,000-GBP40,000 base + GBP30,000+ OTE (Uncapped, with Accelerator) + Excellent BenefitsKey Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT products and servicesBook, lead, and manage customer meetings and demonstrationsAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIsUnderstand customer needs and deliver tailored IT solutionsMaintain accurate CRM records of all sales activitiesPrepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reportsStay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologiesKey Requirements

Ideally 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamConfident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA proactive, positive approach with a genuine interest in technologyBenefits
