Internal Sales Executive

Description

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing and successful organisation. This Internal Sales Executive role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and the wider sales team, helping to drive business growth through proactive sales activity and excellent customer service.

With a salary of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, based in Haddenham.

Duties:

* Follow up quotations and enquiries through outbound calls to existing customer

* Gather information on customer requirements, future projects and current supplier usage

* Monitor competitor activity and market information

* Support the Field Sales Team with customer hire and spend data ahead of visits

* Assist with tracking quote activity and sales opportunities

* Prepare and analyse visit reports for the Sales Director

* Help develop sales strategies and identify target opportunities

* Manage leads and pass opportunities to the sales team

* Maintain accurate records on the CRM system

* Use Salesforce and other business systems to record sales activity

Experience:

* Previous experience in a sales, telemarketing, sales administration or customer service role

* Excellent communication and listening skills

* Polite and professional telephone manner

* Positive and xjnqpsq proactive approach to work

* Strong attention to detail

* Good organisational skills

* Confident IT user with experience of business systems

* Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
