The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, with some exposure to online or B2B sales, enabling them to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's product range, engaging with customers to promote features and benefits, managing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams such as supply chain and marketing. Additionally, you will be involved in administrative tasks like reviewing stock levels, planning promotions, preparing budgets, forecasting, and creating impactful sales presentations. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying new clients, reviewing account performance, and handling customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
