Senior Project Manager (Trade Promotions Systems)

Job Description:

As the leader of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Trade Promotion Management (TPM) deployment, you will collaborate closely with GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, local SRM and Sales Finance leaders to deliver against the value creation plan.

Please note this is a hybrid role, with fortnightly travel to our site in Waltham

What are we looking for: Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.Demonstrable project management experience within a matrix organisation.Proven experience leading and delivering large scale complex projects.Proven track record in leading enterprise level system implementations.

What will be your key responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the TPM solution within a market, ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives and other dependenciesStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to manage overall program timelines, activities, and communication activitiesTraining & Change Management Planning: Provide inputs on key business timelines for training, change management activities, and communication strategies to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption to business operationsTraining & Change Management Execution: Execute against change management & training plan by coordinating stakeholder involvement, setting up key sessions & coordinating agendas, reviewing and sending communications, and executing logistics for end user trainingStatus Reporting & Issue Resolution: Manage all project risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and escalate as required to responsible teams in the overall program rollout. Manage corresponding status and facilitate cadences for project updatesContinuous Improvement: Develop and monitor program delivery KPIs across timelines, budget, business case tracking, and overall user adoption for inclusion in leadership status updates
