Temporary Internal Recruiter – Radiography

Our long‑standing client is expanding and needs an experienced Internal Recruiter to support fast‑paced radiography hiring. If you’ve worked in clinical, skilled, or technical recruitment and thrive in a busy environment, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You’ll Do

* Source and engage radiography talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and community groups

* Build strong talent pipelines to keep hiring moving quickly

* Run targeted attraction campaigns

* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling

* Deliver a smooth, consistent candidate experience with timely feedback

* Assess international applicants for Skilled Worker sponsorship

* Work closely with Hiring Managers and provide weekly dashboards and KPI updates
