Inside Sales Executive– Medical Doors
THE ROLE: Working in the head office in Sidcup your role as Internal Sales Executive will involve daily interactions with NHS Trusts, Architects, Contractors and Installer customers who are looking to purchase or have already purchased the company's range of specialist doors. You will be tasked with a mix of outbound calls to new potential customers as we well as qualifying incoming enquiries, managing and processing new orders, creating quotations, and handling technical questions/customer service issues.
You will be juggling a mix of pro–active sales calls, call handling with existing customers, technical training and product info calls as well as emails, quotations and Teams meetings. This is a perfect role for someone who has worked in a sales office or customer service team and wants a more involved sales role in a manufacturing business.
This will suit candidates who have worked in field/hybrid roles or have worked in project management or have done an entry level role in customer service, internal sales or sales support. You will be coached and supported by an experienced member of the sales team and full product training will be given.
This is a brilliant way into a growing construction company and a potential springboard into field sales or project management. Key to success in this role is a positive, outgoing manner on the phone, strong organisation skills, good written skill for emails and quotes and also the desire and hunger to work towards KPIS, targets and drive customer spend. You will also have regular phone and Teams contact with the field sales team so good relationship building skills and communication is vital.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
6–12 months or more working in either office sales, customer service, branch management or field sales
Could have worked in a hands on technical environment such as surveying or project management and now wants to break into sales.
Happy building relationships with customers and team members, working over the phone and on Microsoft Teams. Interested in sales and happy working to targets, KPIs and goals.
A consultative, driven and professional candidate who wants to learn and have a career.
Understanding of technical drawings/technical aptitude is desirable but not essential.
Salary: 30,000 –40,000 basic salary, plus 15k OTE, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
