Inside Sales Engineer

Manufacturing Futures currently seek to appoint an Inside Sales Engineer to their engineering team. In this Inside Sales Engineer role you will be the first point of contact with customers over sales orders and contracts and act as the internal coordinator for new business enquiries and the on-boarding of new sales wins. You will need experience of contracts or sales in a manufacturing environment and be an excellent organiser and communicator to regularly deal with suppliers, customers and multiple internal stakeholders.Inside Sales Engineer - Role and Responsibilities

To provide principle point of contact with customers for all queries relating to sales ordersTo register and process into the business system all sales orders to the point of transfer of data to MRPTo generate quotes based on individual customer requirementsTo ensure that all data entered into the business system accurately reflects the requirements of the sales orderTo organise and assist the 3rd party customer or Sales office with the provision of customer documentationTo accept and review the Order Confirmation, ensuring the accuracy of all data contained within itTo liaise with all departments in ensuring that the provisions of the sales order are accurately observed at all stages of processTo provide liaison between internal departments to facilitate all aspects of customer service Inside Sales Engineer - Skills and Abilities

BTEC or Apprenticeship qualified preferred but not essentialExperience in a manufacturing / engineering environment with technical knowledgeExperience in sales or contracts for a manufacturerAbility to understand technical drawingsOrganisational skills and ability to priorities workload Inside Sales Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Contract, SalesIf this role could appeal please do apply now!
