The Opportunity

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you'll manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to application completion, helping customers find suitable finance solutions while delivering exceptional service throughout the process.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a target-driven environment, building rapport with customers, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Managing inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat

Understanding customer requirements through effective questioning and fact-finding

Guiding customers through the finance application process

Building trust and providing a professional, consultative service

Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Working closely with dealerships and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

Consistently achieving performance and service targets

Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met at all times

About You
