Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of Reebok Europe's direct-to-consumer digital channel, leading both the commercial performance and merchandising strategy to deliver profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As Head of Digital Business & Merchandising, you will own the P&L for Reebok, oversee merchandising and stock planning, and lead the digital trading strategy. You will partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure alignment across campaigns, product launches, and customer experience, while driving profitability and building the future of Reebok's European DTC channel.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & P&L Leadership

Own the commercial performance of Reebok, driving sales, margin, and profitability.Lead monthly P&L reviews and KPI reforecasts.Develop and implement strategies to exceed commercial targets.Merchandising & Range Planning

Oversee Open-to-Buy management, buying, and stock planning for digital channels.Manage merchandising for inline collections and exclusive launches.Partner with Merchandising to optimise assortments for digital.Digital Trading & Marketing

Design and manage the commercial calendar, including newsletters, promotions, and end-of-season strategies.Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams to align campaigns and maximise conversion.Customer Experience & Digital Operations

Lead UX/UI improvements and PDP optimisation to boost conversion.Oversee catalogue uploads, pricing, markdowns, and promotions.Manage forecasting to ensure stock availability and sell-through.Support Customer Service teams with tools and training for consistent brand experience.Strategic Projects

Lead omni-channel, platform, and operational excellence projects.Drive continuous improvement across processes and digital performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior digital commerce with full P&L accountability.Strong merchandising expertise: OTB, range planning, forecasting.Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus (or equivalent enterprise platform).Experience managing catalogue uploads, product information, and digital merchandising.Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.Fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods background preferred.Degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising desirable.Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
