Field Sales Representative (12 months fixed-term contract)

Location: Covering Chester & North Wales

Salary:£30,000 – £32,000 + uncapped OTE

We’re seeking for a Field Sales Representative to cover Chester, The Wirral, Crewe, Stockport, Wrexham, and Oswestry. This is a field-focused role covering maternity leave for 12 months, where you’ll take ownership of your territory, drive growth, and strengthen partnerships with network partners and retailers. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your patch, using a consultative approach to spot opportunities, protect market share, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative

Achieve regional sales targets and KPIs through proactive business development.

Build and execute business plans with partners to boost performance and revenue.

Use CRM systems and data insights to maximise efficiency and conversion.

Negotiate strong commercial agreements to protect market position.

Manage pricing strategies and commercial decisions to optimise profitability.

Promote compliance and safety standards across your network.

Maintain a healthy pipeline through territory planning, relationship building, and asset optimisation.

Requirement of the Field Sales Representative

Proven B2B and B2C sales experience – ideally in a field-based or account management role.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Experience creating and delivering strategic business plans.

Confident using CRM systems and analysing performance data.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised.

Excellent communication, analytical, and numerical abilities.
