Salary: £30,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus (up to £450)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Lynx Employment Services is recruiting for a confident and motivated Field Sales Executive to join a growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building lasting business relationships and developing new opportunities.

Working remotely, you'll visit independent trade garages across your allocated area, promoting services and building strong partnerships. This role would suit someone who is personable, self-motivated and thrives on achieving targets.

### What You'll Be Doing

Visiting trade garages within your designated territory.

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Identifying opportunities to grow business and increase sales.

Promoting products and services in a professional and consultative manner.

Achieving monthly sales and performance targets.

Managing your own diary and planning customer visits effectively.

Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting activity.

Delivering excellent customer service and representing the business professionally at all times.

### About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and has the confidence to start conversations with new customers.

You'll ideally have:

Previous sales, customer service or business development experience.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A positive, outgoing and resilient attitude.

The confidence to approach new businesses and generate opportunities.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

The ability to work independently while managing your own territory.

A full UK driving licence.

### What's on Offer

Salary of £30,000 per annum.

Monthly bonus of up to £450 based on achieving targets.

Company car provided.

During the initial 12-week period, a pooled company vehicle will be provided and must be returned to site overnight.

Following successful completion of the initial period, a dedicated company car will be allocated, with personal use available subject to Benefit in Kind (BIK) taxation.

Monday to Friday working hours – 8:00am to 5:00pm.
