- Oversee and maintain the current Farm Accounts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all dealings with clients and insurers.

- Supervise and coach team members within the Farming and Combined Business teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Represent the company at livestock sales market days, building valuable relationships with London Market Insurers.

- Assist team members with agricultural claims, liaising with insurers and loss adjusters to ensure seamless resolutions.

- Negotiate and present tailored insurance solutions to secure the most appropriate cover for clients.

- Promote cross-selling opportunities and referrals to drive business growth and profitability.
