Build, test and deploy CRM and email marketing campaigns.Support automated customer journeys and triggered email communications.Maintain and update website content using content management systems.Ensure all digital content meets accessibility and brand standards.Apply SEO best practice to improve online visibility and engagement.Work closely with internal stakeholders, developers and translation teams.Monitor digital performance through analytics and reporting tools.Profile

Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms.Knowledge of email marketing best practice, testing and quality assurance.Experience using CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress.Understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimisation.Strong attention to detail and content editing skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Job Offer
