Description

The CRM Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimisation of CRM strategies and marketing operations. You'll drive acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives by leveraging marketing automation tools, customer data, and personalised communications across multiple channels.

Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with commercial and marketing goals across both B2B and B2C customer journeys.Plan, build, and optimise data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, direct mail) using customer insights and behavioural data.Own and evolve segmentation strategies to improve relevance and targeting.Translate CRM data into actionable insights to inform marketing and business strategies.Manage the CRM platform including configuration, user access, templates, forms, scoring models, and lifecycle programs.Partner with IT and data teams to ensure the effective use and development of CRM tools.Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.Work with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insight reports across the marketing funnel.Maintain data quality and GDPR compliance, and drive scalable segmentation and database management practices.Person SpecificationProven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles - ideally in B2B.Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM and marketing automation.Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer data strategies, lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign execution.Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimisation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to collaborate across teams and influence strategy.
