THE ROLE:

As Central Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving group–wide business growth through the development and management of a centralised lead generation function. This role carries direct responsibility for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Business Development Advisers focused on generating high–quality sales opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a dynamic, results–oriented sales professional with proven leadership experience in telesales or business development. You combine commercial awareness with hands–on ability, and you thrive in an environment where building teams, refining processes, and delivering measurable growth are central to success.You are also tech–savvy, data–driven, and confident using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage, track, and analyse sales activity effectively.

Proven experience managing or developing a telesales or business development team. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging across all levels of the business. BENEFITS:
