Car Sales Executive Main Dealership, Cardiff
Are you an experienced, motivated, and target–driven car sales professional? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Main Dealership group in Cardiff, representing some of the most thrilling automotive brands in the UK.
What this company offers:
Competitive GBP23,000 basic, rising to GBP24,000 after 12 months
Uncapped OTE of GBP45 50,000
Clear opportunities for career progression
5 day working week in a very busy, fast–paced operation
No company car initially, but CBS offered after probation
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Your Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed sales. You will:
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, including vehicles, finance, and accessories
Confidently present full knowledge of our brands and products
Consistently achieve sales targets while following FCA–compliant processes
Carry out accurate part–exchange valuations
Prospect new customers via telephone, events, and other channels
What We re Looking For:
Proven track record in sales and customer service
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
Well–presented with a professional approach
Manual UK driving licence
