Support and oversee the daily operations of the Used Car Sales Department Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and maximising profitabilityThe Used Car Sales Controller will manage, motivate, and develop the used car sales team to ensure high performanceAssist in closing deals and delivering outstanding customer service as the Used Car Sales ControllerEnsure compliance with finance, FCA regulations, and company policiesMonitor stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle presentation standardsSupport stock management and vehicle preparation processesContribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfactionRequirements:
