Ditch the 9 5. Keep the impact. We re looking for a driven, people–focused Candidate Manager to join our growing team at Elephant. You ll take the lead on candidate generation, marketing, and pre–screening with full ownership over your performance and the flexibility to do your best work on your terms.

About the Role:

• Create and manage job adverts, candidate profiles, and marketing content

• Lead candidate search activity across platforms and networks

• Maintain clean, accurate CRM and candidate records

• Pre–screen and qualify candidates to a high professional standard

• Support social media content and brand visibility across platforms
