Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Oldham
Salary: Upto £35k + Benefits
Our client is a well-established and highly respected organisation specialising in bespoke retail display and interior solutions for leading brands and retailers. Known for their commitment to quality and their people-focused culture, they offer a collaborative and supportive working environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team.
The Role
This is a key position supporting the sales function, ensuring the seamless processing of sales orders and maintaining excellent client relationships. The successful candidate will act as an important link between customers, account managers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Processing sales orders, delivery notes, and generating invoices
Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries
Confirming delivery dates and providing project updates
Supporting account managers with ongoing projects
Researching and gathering information on existing and prospective clients
Maintaining and updating the CRM database
Producing weekly sales and account status reports
Attending client meetings and site surveys when required
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a motivated and dependable individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
Experience in sales, account management, or sales support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational xjnqpsq and time management abilities
