Imperial Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-established printing company based in Washington with the appointment of a Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a career in account management within the print industry. You’ll support senior team members in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while developing your commercial skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

• 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.

• Work closely with Key Account Managers to support day-to-day client operations.

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Resolve issues effectively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Assist with preparing reports, forecasts, and client performance updates.

• Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth.

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative environment (printing industry experience desirable).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
