Description
Account Manager – Dutch speaker Required for this expanding, award winning TMC. Home based role, with a visit to their Northern office once a month. Salary up to 45,000 plus up to 10k bonus and benefits. Account management experience is a must, ideally within travel and fluent Dutch is a must.
Account managers duties
–Managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and drive renewal business
–Provide an exceptional level of account management service to ensure accounts are effectively serviced to achieve a retention rate in line with targets
–Visit existing clients and develop a strong working relationship with them to understand their needs and deliver the most appropriate solution
Account managers skills required
–Account management experience is a must, ideally within travel
–Fluent is Dutch and English is a must
–Excellent relationship management skills
–Strong presentaion skills
–Target driven
