The Opportunity

An established Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to support continued business growth.

The business provides IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, infrastructure projects and managed technology services to SME clients.

This position will suit someone with previous B2B sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, developing accounts and generating new business opportunities.

The role combines account growth with new business development and offers strong earning potential for commercially driven individuals.

Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and developing a portfolio of client accountsGenerating new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking and referralsBuilding pipeline and managing opportunities through to closeIdentifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services and solutionsWorking closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutionsProducing proposals, quotations and sales documentationMaintaining CRM activity and pipeline forecastingBuilding long-term customer relationships
