• The usual rust around all wheel arches otherwise bodywork in very decent condition.

This 9-3 sadly failed its MOT in April 2024, and has been sitting since (but started on occasions). The failure sheet is not too scary for someone who is willing to tackle it, or it could make an excellent parts car. Missing some badges but otherwise intact. Failure sheet as follows:
Repair immediately (major defects):
1. Nearside Rear Other passenger door cannot be opened from outside the vehicle (6.2.3 (a)
2. Nearside Front Integral body structure corroded to the extent that the rigidity of the assembly is significantly reduced (6.1.1 (c) (i))
3. Offside Front Integral body structure corroded to the extent that the rigidity of the assembly is significantly reduced (6.1.1 (c) (i))
4. Offside Front Suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength (5.3.6 (a) (i))
6. Nearside Rear Suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength inner sill (5.3.6 (a) (i))
7. Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
8. Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened both front (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
9. Front Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases (6.1.2 (a))

A good car which has recently had basic maintenance repairs undertaken prior to MOT. Needs some TLC.
