Rover, 2200 TC, 1976, 2204 (cc)

Description

This Rover was featured in the Practical Classics magazine for going to Iran and back in 2008. It runs but has an intake leak so not smooth. I haven't seen any rot on the chassis but there are a few rust spots on the front bumper and passenger door. It has an electric fuel pump, electronic distributor, and i've converted it to an electric water pump. Although the car stops i'm not sure how effective the rear brakes are and the handbrake doesn't work. The interior leaves much to be desired but it's enjoyable to drive. The gear linkage bushes have worn out so it rattles when you're driving unless you apply pressure to it. the fuel gauge and wiper washers don't work either. I recently put an inertia starter motor in it but the wiring is dodgy . It could do with a new battery.

Tax, MOT, ulez exempt, cheap insurance. Comes with the magazine it's featured in .Probably want's £500 more spent on it to be reliable but i've already spent more than that and i'm just fed up with it now. I'm not open to swaps or arranging delivery. Viewings welcome.
