Here I have for sale a lot of unused roof trusses. These trusses were bought for a self build last year but unfortunately were manufactured wrong (not enough over hang) All in, these cost just over £18500,00 so it was quite a big mess up. I was thinking of keeping them for a new annex which I was planning on starting next year but its been put on hold for now. I have attached a plan which shows the size of the house they were intended for so I am sure these could be used for a good sized house. These were highly specified 220 x 45 rafters (all c24 grade). The majority are long length Mono trusses that were to span 5.7m at a 45 degree pitch. The only thing I dont have is the central box girder trusses, I was able to use these but these are very basic to manufacture. Some of these have been birds mouthed but could still be adapted. Alternatively, the trusses could be split and used for framing or joists. This was 2 full lorry loads, so quite a lot of timber. More than happy to help with loading etc.
