It’s always a bit worrying to arrange work with a tradesman you don’t know. Dean arrived, examined the roof, he took pictures of the areas that needed work so that he could then explain and show the issues to us, then clearly outlined options for remedial works. We were basically impressed and chose to go ahead with his quote. The work was planned and completed as discussed and we are delighted with the finished result.
