They cleaned my gutters and resealed the joints in semi darkness. I tried to get them back to fix a joint which still leaked. They promised to come on 5 separate occasions over the course of a week but each time failed to do so and I eventually had to pay another contractor to do the job. So much for their guarantee! A very trying and frustrating experience.

They came around to clear the gutters which they did. But to be honest they were more interested in finding problems with the roof. Does it really take five men to clear guttering, They tried to put pressure on me to have work carried out on my roof. Somebody else turned up with the full purpose of getting me to have work carried out on the roof.
