Tom really delivers. He doesn't muck around! I contacted him for a quote on the Sunday, by the Monday the scaffolding was already up! Everything was finished by the Friday! I am delighted with the result, it is a really professional job!🤗 Tom has completely renovated the exterior front & back, it looks a completely different house now! Tom was communicating via Whatsapp throughout the job sending frequent photos and videos which was very reassuring. He's a really nice guy! I highly recommend Tom and his team!🤗 You really get value for your money! Works done (terraced house) Tom replaced the fascia/soffits/guttering/slate outhouse roof. Repaired the 2 chimneys Made good and painted all of the exterior paintwork, both back and front.

£2750 to seal a leaking balcony floor. Was quoted 2 days work and was there for about a day and didn’t remove benches or do any of the care they quoted. Roof then became even MORE porous and it was clear they hadn’t sealed the roof at all. Then came back and covered it in acrypol as a quick fix which isn’t meant for places with foot traffic and never fully sets. Had to spend a fortune with another roofer removing all the ‘work’ Carty had done on my roof. Hires workers who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Not enough space here to fully explain how bad the work was. Avoid.

The lads did a fantastic job with my roof. They worked through the weekend, completing within time and keeping to our budget. The before and after videos were super useful.

Punctual reliable good communication and so far in 2 rainy days there’s no leak! 🤞
