Triban RC120 road bike. It's in fair condition overall, as shown in the photos.
Needs some work, including a new chain as the current one is rusted.
Brakes and gears might also need adjusting, and the handlebar tape is a bit worn.
Great project for someone who knows how to fix bikes up.
