Trek Domane AL2 (2021) Rim Brake – Size 56 cm – Black/Gold - Ready to ride

Selling my 2021 Trek Domane AL2 (Size 56cm) in Black and Gold. It has been a fantastic starter bike for getting into road cycling - reliable, comfortable, and proven on long rides (including recent 140km and 160km routes without any issues).

Selling solely due to upgrading.

Key Specs & Recent Maintenance:

- Frame: Alpha 100 Aluminum, carbon fork, 56cm.
- Drivetrain: Returned to stock Shimano Claris 2x8 setup with a brand-new cassette (11-32t) and chain fitted in June (approx 900km ridden since).
- Bottom Bracket: Replaced during a full service in May.
- Wheels: Upgraded/replaced with Gipiemme Tecno 024 Race Team alloy wheels (Italian-made, sealed cartridge bearings). Not sure when, bought it with these fitted already.
- Tires: Upgraded in late July to 28mm Continental Ultra Sport III tires with Continental Race 28 inner tubes, very smooth and comfy over previous ones.
- Extras: Two bottle cages included.

Condition & Notes: Overall good condition for its age with some normal minor scuffs from use. Fully transparent about the small quirks below:

- Bar tape shows wear and could use replacing soon (still functional just a bit worn).
- One rear gear occasionally hesitates and needs a small extra push on the shift lever to engage smoothly (needs fine index tuning but wasn't bothered by it).
- The bottom bracket occasionally creaks on temperamental days (very common press-fit/alloy quirk, hasn't affected performance).
- Small tear on the side of the saddle fabric (shown in photos).

Please note: The SPD-SL pedals shown in pictures are NOT included (you will need to bring your own pedals if you want to ride home).
