The Schwinn Airdyne® AD2 Dual Action Air Cycle is built with a single stage-belt drive and is powered by a patent-pending fan, displacing the air effectively for an infinite number of resistance levels for the ultimate workout. Your speed, RPM, distance, time, and calorie data is displayed via the high-resolution LCD thanks to its BioConnect® Feedback technology, allowing you to review the stats of each individual workout in order to track progress and set new challenges. With a selection of simultaneous upper/lower body or upper body only workouts you can find the perfect routine for your progression, whilst the natural human movement is stimulated thanks to its BioDyne™ Performance feature – which synchronizes the arm and leg motion accordingly. With transport wheels you can quickly and easily manoeuvre the AD2 between rides, whilst its anatomically designed seat provides extra padding for enhanced comfort, overall making this Bike absolutely ideal for use within a home gym.
