An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands–on and organised Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join a busy and growing business based in Manchester city centre.

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a practical, fast–paced working environment and wants to play an important role in keeping day–to–day warehouse and operational activities running smoothly.

Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will be involved across stock management, order fulfilment, dispatch and general operational support. The role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

Warehouse Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinating day–to–day warehouse and fulfilment activitiesPicking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatchReceiving, checking and organising incoming stockMaintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock checksProcessing orders and ensuring items are prepared correctly and on timeMonitoring deliveries and assisting with any dispatch or courier issuesHandling returns and ensuring stock is correctly processed and put awayKeeping the warehouse and working areas organised and tidySupporting general administration and operational tasks as requiredWorking closely with colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or operations environment would be advantageousHighly organised with good attention to detailReliable, proactive and comfortable working independentlyA practical, hands–on approach to workGood communication skills and a positive attitudeComfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can changeBasic computer skills and confidence using systems to record orders and stockWilling to support across different areas of the operation when required
