As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the store, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, operations and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating and developing a high performing retail teamDriving sales performance and delivering KPI targetsCreating an exceptional customer experienceTaking ownership of store profitability and commercial performanceRecruiting, onboarding and developing team membersManaging stock, deliveries and day to day store operationsMaintaining excellent visual merchandising and brand standardsBuilding a positive and engaged store cultureWorking closely with the Area Manager to drive business performanceAbout You

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager or Deputy ManagerA proven track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performanceExperience coaching, developing and motivating retail teamsStrong commercial awareness and decision making abilityExperience managing store profitability and driving resultsA hands on leadership style and passion for customer serviceExcellent communication and organisational skillsWhether your background is in fashion, lifestyle, premium retail or another customer focused retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.
