The Role: Store Manager
As Manager, you will take full ownership of this busy Retail store. This is a leadership focused Retail role where you will lead from the front, inspire your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience.
Key responsibilities as Store Manager include:
Leading and developing a high performing team
Driving sales and achieving KPIs
Managing stock, payroll, and rotas within a busy Retail environment
Delivering exceptional customer service standards across the store
Creating a fun, safe, and commercial Retail space
Coaching and developing future leaders within your team
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Store Manager in Retail or hospitality
Strong commercial awareness within a Retail setting
Proven people leadership skills as a Store Manager
Passion for customer experience and team development in Retail
Visual merchandising experience would be beneficial
