As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.Manage inventory control and ensure proper merchandising of products to maximize sales.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and team management practices.Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up), ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.Commercially aware with excellent understanding of sales drivers and KPIsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours

9am to 5pm

Working hours will include some weekends
