Site Lead - Feel Good Coffee House, Tooting

Job Description

Feel Good is a growing social enterprise created by Regenerate, and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Site Lead to take ownership of our new coffee shop in Tooting. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for great coffee and hospitality with making a real difference in young people's lives.

Feel Good was established in 2014 by South-West London charity Regenerate to support young people aged 16-25 who face barriers to employment. Through our coffee shops and cart, we provide paid employment, training and mentoring, helping young people build confidence, develop skills and take positive steps towards their future.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is passionate about leading a team, delivering excellent coffee and customer service, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

As Site Lead, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Tooting coffee shop, overseeing operations, supporting and developing our supervisors, maintaining high standards and finding ways to grow sales. You'll play a key role in coaching and mentoring young people through real-life work experience, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.

You'll need to be proactive, organised and confident in leading a busy hospitality environment, with a genuine passion for developing others. This is more than just running a coffee shop. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of Feel Good, build a brilliant team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
