Shop Assistant – FT

Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join a well–established business in Norwich. This is a customer–facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Support the team with day–to–day operations.

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Must have face to face customer service experience. Must have own transport due to supporting other sites Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.

LOCATIONS: Norwich (and flexibility to support at other site in Norwich area)

HOURS: 8.45am until 4.15pm

ROTA: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

PAY: Monday to Friday GBP12.71

Saturday: GBP15.88

Sunday: GBP19.06

DURATION: Temporary ongoing
