About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service and Warranty Manager for one of our clients based in Redditch. This role is responsible for overseeing product returns, repairs, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

You'll work closely with internal teams to investigate faults, manage service workflows, and maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness.

As a Service and Warranty Manager, your duties will include:

Lead and support a small team handling service and warranty-related tasksCoordinate technical support and product assessmentsMaintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of customer issuesCollaborate with internal departments to improve service outcomesMonitor and report on service performance and trends To be successful in the role of Service and Warranty Manager, you will need:
