We are now looking for a Sales Leader to join our beautiful Marylebone High Street store - someone who shares our passion for fashion and is ready to make an impact.

As our new Sales Leader, you'll be at the heart of the in-store experience, supporting the Store Manager and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Leader will include:

Confidently managing daily store operations, including opening and closingLeading by example to drive sales and create a positive team environmentSupporting and coaching team members to reach their potentialEnsuring every customer receives a premium, personalised shopping experienceAssisting the Store Manager with planning and decision-making About You

This is the perfect step for someone currently working as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader in premium retail.

We're looking for someone who brings:

1+ years' experience in premium retail (required)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivateA natural sense of style and appreciation for premium womenswearExcellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skillsReliability and flexibility to work a varied schedule (including weekends)Eligibility to work in the UK Your Development
