Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills , The primary role is to day to day running of the online sales department as well as assisting customers within the shop area,

duties include but are necessarily limited to the following

picking and packing orders
general cleaning and tidying
answering telephone queries
shelf stacking and stock replenishment
Greet customers warmly and offer knowledgeable assistance regarding products, particularly in gardening and horticulture.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and organising stockroom areas for efficiency.
Cultivate strong organisational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Experience

Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication skills combined with organisational abilities are essential for success in this role.
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about new products and retail practices is encouraged. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within the retail sector
