Sales Assistant - Retail

Location: Plymouth

Salary: DOE. Salary will increase after JET training and is under review for a potential increase.

Hours: 9:15am - 5:10pm, five days per week (37.1 hours). Day off normally Tuesday. Sundays are usually closed; December Sunday shifts are rotated fairly across the team.

Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationshipsMaximise sales by sharing product knowledge and creating engaging experiencesMotivate and support your team to achieve store goalsAccurately handle cash and card transactionsMaintain stock levels and update the stock systemMerchandise the store effectively to optimise presentation and salesMaintain and grow the customer databaseFollow company sales processes to improve personal performanceEnsure high standards of after-sales service, including order and complaint follow-upsMonitor KPIs and understand how your work contributes to store performanceMaintain store equipment, cleanliness, and securityAttend meetings, training sessions, and workshops as requiredAdhere to company values, uniform guidelines, and professional communication standardsRequirements / Desired Attributes
